Through the Imo State Oil Producing Area Development Commission (ISOPADEC), the Imo State government has fully mobilized indigenous contractors to grade and maintain rural roads in the state’s oil producing communities.
Chief Charles Orie, MD/CEO of ISOPADEC, revealed this and said that the commission routinely does this in December to make sure the locals have a happy holiday.
Below is a list of the roads that were selected for grading and maintenance:

- Health Center road Obudi / UBA Autonomous Community Link road
- Oguta Egbuoma major road
- Umuide-Umuoparakatu road
- Ibiam Road Egwe road
- Eze Egwe road
OHAJI/EGBEMA L.G.A
- Umuagwo-Umuoso road
- Abacheke Mmahu bypass road
- Ekugba-Obiakpu link road
